If you like glitters, glitter sandwiches or squishy looking polish, this is the post for you! =) Indie polish maker Rebecca from Aphrodite Lacquers has recently launched a new collection, called Printemps a Paris. Today I have swatches for you of the 7 polishes in the collection.
My swatches are all without top coat, and I applied 4 coats of each polish. Please note though, these polishes do not need 4 coats! If you want to wear these on their own, I think they look best with just 3, but my nails are horribly stained at the moment so I added an extra coat for these swatches.

What I really like about these polishes is the color combinations Rebecca made, the glitters and their subtle shimmery bases all match so well together! These polishes are like a glitter sandwich (layering glitter polish between sheer polish) in a bottle, and some of the color combos inspired me for some nail art as well :)Personally I'm not too fond of polish that shows VNL (visible nail lines) because my nail lines aren't as even, and in my case it usually shows stains as well then, so next time I'd layer these instead. I don't use top coat on swatches because I always want to show the polish how it looks on itself, and because top coat can sometimes alter the color of a polish a little. As you can see, they dry up pretty shiny and not really bumpy or gritty at all, but I think a top coat would make the squishy look stand out even more. Forgot to try that for this post, but will show that next time when I layer them!
These all applied pretty easy, especially for glitter polish. They're a bit thin (but not runny at all) which makes the glitter stick to your nails easier. I find that with thicker glitter polish it's easier to get a pile of glitter on my tips, which wasn't an issue with these. I found it easiest to apply them almost floating, so with very little pressure on the brush. With too much pressure I had a little bit of dragging as well, but as you can see, they all applied pretty even with the glitters spread nicely.
